"A leader does not only find the faults, they also find the solutions"
A great leader is someone who is able to identify the problems within the team and propose solutions in order to fix them. A leader is not someone who just watches others work and then points out their flaws and errors. When a leader sees someone else doing something wrong, they should provide constructive criticism and feedback. If a leader does this, it will help every single person and the team as a whole improve and grow.
I can relate to this when I am playing basketball at the gym. Some more skilled and more experienced players at the gym always provide tips and advice for me so that I can improve my game. They also educate me on the basics and fundamentals, both that are needed to play basketball efficiently and effectively. They act as leaders on the court, providing support for their teammates whenever they require help. Them doing this helps the team perform better offensively and defensively. Their constructive feedback increases the team's productivity and this usually results in a victory.
